Please to forgive my euphamistic terminology, but I think "Flaw" is too harsh a word for good, intersesting architecture shots. :)
The top one has a great feel. Grand with the upshot, and all those points make for a sinister touch as well.
The B&W adds a nice even tone to it - maybe a little darker on the FG if it'd had been possible, but that might've detracted from the overall feel...
